We charge per one document upload.  Pricing is $100 per document upload.  Replacement uploads will cost $50 each.  Registrants can replace the document containing a list of allergies and medications free of charge.  At the time of creating an account, there is a special one-time offer of 6 uploads for $300. Yes, you can update (i.e. replace) or delete documents.  Replacement upload will cost $50 each.  There is no charge for replacing your list of medications.

Designated individuals, hospitals, and courts gain access to your document(s) through our lookup page using your name and one identifier, and after passing a verification process.

No.  There is no charge.

A refund of fifty percent (50%) will be given if you cancel your account within the first 30 days of creating it. There are no refunds for cancellations after thirty (30) days.
